By incorporating Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Life Coaching and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT, aka Tapping,) I tailor each session to your specific challenges and goals.

Meeting once a week is a great way to build in accountability while still having time to implement changes and apply new knowledge. Since many challenges in life have their own complexities we break it down into bite sized obstacles and focus on one obstacle per session. Each session brings you closer to your ultimate goal.

The primary objective of each of my sessions is to pursue happiness. It involves exploring one’s authentic desires in life, understanding the factors that contribute to personal contentment, and devising means to acquire the necessary elements for living your best life!
